DVD Go Commando

Here is the obligatory legal stuff that we need to share with you.  Rest assured that we intend to fulfil your order for the DVD as quickly as we can.  In the event of any queries or problems then please do not hesitate to contact us.

We will send you an email confirming your order together with these terms and conditions of sale.

In the unlikely event of the DVD proving to be faulty then we will replace the DVD or give a full refund including postage and in such circumstances we would pay for the postage of your returning any defective DVD to us. We hope this won’t happen but it’s unrealistic to play through every DVD to check it before sending it out.

‘Go Commando” Pal DVD for UK DVD region. It should also play on most computers worldwide but we cannot guarantee that.

Age Classification of film 15 years or above.

DVD is for personal use only. Not to be used for any commercial purposes.

DVD is not to be edited, re-formatted or re-published in any way which includes broadcast on any social media or website system.

The price of one DVD is £15 plus variable postage and packing depending on where the DVD is to be posted to and number of DVD’s ordered.  The amount of postage and packing payable will be confirmed in the email acknowledging receipt of your order.

The price of the DVD does not include taxes as no taxes are applicable.

Payment is to be made by Pay Pal or by cheque payable to Orlando Rogers Foundation Ltd at the Registered Office address as above.

Delivery of the DVD will be within the legally required 30 days although we aim to respond immediately to your order.  Delivery will be by First Class Royal Mail.

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 working days from the day after receiving the DVD but if doing so are requested to kindly pay the return postage themselves so as we do not  use the funds of the charity unreasonably because you changed your mind about the order of the DVD.

If a customer elects to cancel their order we will need to be notified of that in writing or by email.

If the security seal on the DVD is opened, removed, voided or tampered with in any way then there will be no right for the customer to return the DVD by cancelling their order.
