A tremendous effort by Ben Lewis who kindly ran the Paris Marathon to raise funds for Orlando’s charity. To accomplish a time of under four hours on a first full marathon is a great achievement. To run a marathon at all is a great achievement. To remember to tape your nipples adds a touch of humour as well as being practical. I am so encouraged by this and all the other support. Well done and big thanks Ben – have fun ripping the tape off! Your actions are a credit to you and a fitting tribute to Orlando.
