The Ball held at the Berry Head Hotel on 12th May was a great success and we now have sufficient funds to register the charity!

The organisers, George, Nikki, John and Julia would like to thank everybody who attended or contributed in any way to this memorable event.  Guests came from all over the country in support and we were most fotunate in having been gifted with some fabulous prizes for the auction and raffle.  Some people wanted their gifts and donations to be anonymous and we respect that.  Rest assured though,  every single gift and donation was truly appreciated.  A lot of people made great efforts in helping to get raffle/auction prizes and do other things in preparation working quietly behind the scenes promoting the cause.  Special thanks to Sarah and the team at the Berry Head Hotel.  We were exceptionally well looked after from the minute we reserved the place for this event right up until the bar closed at the end of the evening!  The food, table layout and general management was absolutely superb.  Thank you everybody!

We understood that a lot of people who would have liked to attend simply couldn’t because of work or other commitments – such as getting married!  We knew you were thinking of us and would have come if you could – so maybe next time.
