Good wishes to all the 10 in 10 runners – doing the last of the 10 marathons today. What an amazing effort and achievement. Good luck too to all those doing today’s marathon as a one off single marathon.
Just had some very cheering news indeed. The Brathay 10 in 10 marathon runners have dedicated today’s marathon to the memory of Orlando. Today’s marathon being the 7th of 10. It is three years ago today that Orlando died. This dedication of marathon 7 to Orlando is so very poignant and appreciated and a lovely gesture on the part of all the runners and the team at Brathay.
Adam Holland is leading the group on the fourth of ten consecutive marathons. His times so far are 3’02; 3’13 & 3’30. Imagine waking up to face running a marathon everyday for ten days and still managing a smile! Our encouragement to Adam and all the runners. Please see the links below for updates on progress and to Adams Just Giving Page. All sponsorship greatly appreciated. http://www.brathaywindermeremarathon.org.uk/brathay-10in10/video-updates.aspx www.justgiving.com/tango10marathons
